Realme has been teasing the arrival of a new Turbo-branded phone under its Neo series in China. Today, the brand officially confirmed that it will launch the Neo 7 Turbo on May 29 in its home market. The official teasers also reveal the chipset and offer a glimpse at the phone’s design.

The Realme Neo 7 Turbo is officially confirmed to feature the Dimensity 9400e chipset. It is the same chip that powers the OnePlus Ace 5 Racing Edition, which is scheduled to launched on May 26 in China.
The Neo 7 Turbo is expected to rival the Snapdragon 8s Gen 4 phones, such as the Redmi Turbo 4 Pro and iQOO Z10 Turbo available in China. Speculations are rife that the Neo 7 Turbo will be a rebranded version of the Realme GT 7, which is scheduled to launch on May 26 globally.

The Realme Neo 7 Turbo is likely to feature a 6.78-inch OLED LTPS panel that offers a 1.5K reoslution and a 120Hz refresh rate. Under the hood, the device will be equipped with up to 12GB of LPDDR5x RAM and up to 512GB of UFS 4.0 storage.
The device is expected to feature a 7,000mAh battery with 100W charging support. For photography, it may feature a 32-megapixel front camera and a 50-megapixel triple camera unit. One interesting thing about the Neo 7 Turbo is that it will come in a semi-transparent design, which has already been teased in the second poster added in this post.
