There have been reports that Nubia will launch a RedMagic gaming phone with a slim design this month in China. Today, the brand rolled out the following poster to not only tease its design but also confirm its name and launch date.

The above poster confirms that the RedMagic 10 Air will debut on April 16 in China. This will be the third phone in the series after the RedMagic 10 Pro and RedMagic 10 Pro+ phones that were unveiled in November 2024 in China.

According to reports, the Nubia phone with model number NX779J available in TENAA’s database could be the upcoming RedMagic 10 Air. As per the TENAA listing, the device will feature a 6.8-inch OLED panel that offers a 1.5K resolution of 2480 x 1116 pixels.
The images of the Red Magic 10 Air are not available in TENAA’s database. However, it appears that it will continue to feature an under-display camera like the recent RedMagic phones. TENAA reveals that it will feature a 16-megapixel front camera and a 50-megapixel + 50-megapixel dual-camera system.
The Red Magic 10 Air is powered by a 3.3GHz chip, which appears to be the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3. The device will be equipped with 12GB / 16GB / 24GB of RAM, 256GB / 512GB / 1TB of storage, and house a 6,000mAh battery (5,850mAh – rated value) with 80W fast charging.
The handset will come with other features, such as an in-display fingerprint sensor and an IR blaster. It will measure 164.3 x 76.6 x 7.85mm and weigh 205 grams.
