Recently, Redmi unveiled the Redmi 15 series of smartphones, such as the Redmi 15 and Redmi 15C in their 5G and 4G versions globally. Now, the brand is shifting its focus to the Redmi Note 15 series. An official teaser released by the company reveals that the Note 15 will debut on January 6 in India.
Redmi Note 15 (global version): What to expect?

Reports surrounding the Redmi Note 15 series heading to the global market indicate that it will be different from its Chinese counterparts. While the company has revealed the Note 15’s launch date, it is yet to completely reveal its design.
The official teaser only showcases the side view of the phone and confirms a 108MP main camera. This makes it different from its Chinese edition, which is equipped with a 50MP main camera. With around a month remaining for the launch, the company is expected to release more teasers to confirm its other specifications.
Redmi Note 15 specifications (rumored)
As per recent reports, the Redmi Note 15 will arrive with a massive 6.83-inch AMOLED screen that will support an FHD+ resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. It is expected to come preloaded with HyperOS 3-based Android 16.
The Note 15 is said to be powered by the Snapdragon 8s Gen 3. It may max out at 8GB of RAM and 256GB of storage. Under the hood, it may feature a 5,520mAh battery with 45W fast charging support.
For photography, the Redmi Note 15 is expected to feature a 108MP + 2MP dual-camera setup and an 8MP front-facing camera. It is expected to come equipped with other features such as an in-screen fingerprint scanner and an IR blaster.
