Today, Vivo confirmed that it will announce the Vivo S18 series of mid-range phones and the Vivo TWS 3e earbuds at 7 pm (local time) on Dec. 14 in China. Here is a look at all the details that the brand has officially revealed about the S18 lineup.
The official images released by the brand show that the Vivo S18 and S18 Pro will have almost identical designs, but the S18e looks different with a flat display and a round camera island equipped with a dual-camera system.
Official information confirms that the Vivo S18 and S18 Pro will arrive with a 120Hz OLED display with curved edges. The S18 will feature the Snapdragon 7 Gen 3, while the Pro variant will have the Dimensity 9200+ chip. Both phones are backed by a 5,000mAh battery that supports 80W charging.
The Vivo S18 and S18 Pro will arrive in three shades, such as black, green, and blue. There is no information about the cameras of the Vivo S18. However, the company has revealed all the information about the front and rear cameras of the S18 Pro.
The Vivo S18 will borrow the main and ultra-wide cameras from the Vivo X100, and it will inherit the telephoto camera from the Vivo X90s. Hence, the rear camera setup of the S18 Pro will comprise an OIS-enabled Sony IMX920 50-megapixel primary camera, a Samsung JN1 50-megapixel ultra-wide lens, and an IMX663 12-megapixel telephoto camera.
As far as the Vivo S18e is concerned, it is confirmed to feature a 4,800mAh battery and support 80W charging. It will arrive in shades like black, white, and purple.
