Last week, Vivo started teasing the arrival of the Vivo Y200 5G in the Indian market. Today, the brand has released an official confirmation that the device will be announced at 12 pm (local time) on Oct. 23 in the country. Today, the brand officially confirmed the design of the phone by releasing the below poster.

The Vivo Y200 5G will arrive in two shades, such as gold and green. As per leaks, these color options will be dubbed Desert Gold and Jungle Green. It is said that the device has a thickness of 7.96mm and weighs 190 grams.
The Y200 is equipped with a dual-camera system, featuring a primary camera with OIS. Moreover, the device incorporates a smart ring-LED flash, providing users with the ability to adjust its temperature, ranging from warm to cool.

The Vivo Y200 5G is said to sport a punch-hole display with a flat design. It will offer an FHD+ resolution, a 120Hz refresh rate, and an in-screen fingerprint sensor. The device will run on FunTouch OS 13-based Android 13.
The Y200 is likely to arrive with the Snapdragon 4 Gen 1 chipset and 4,800mAh battery that supports 44W fast charging. The device will offer 8 GB of RAM, 8 GB of virtual RAM, and 128 GB of built-in storage.
On the front, the Y200 5G will have a 16-megapixel camera for selfies. The back panel of the device will feature an OIS-assisted 64-megapixel main camera and a 2-megapixel bokeh lens. It is expected to arrive with a sub-Rs 24,000 ($288) price tag. At present, it is unclear which other markets will be receiving the Y200.
