Vivo has released an X post to confirm the arrival of the Vivo Y200e 5G for the Indian market. The brand has confirmed that it will announce the said device on Feb. 22 in the country. To recall, Vivo unveiled the Vivo Y200e 5G in October 2023, and now India is all set to meet the Y200e.
Vivo Y200e’s launch date teaser confirms that it will arrive in orange and black options. The former appears to have a leather back. It is speculated that the Y200e could be similar to the Vivo Y100 5G, which recently debuted in Indonesia. A recent leak by tipster Abhishek Yadav revealed almost everything about the device.

According to reports, the Vivo Y200e 5G will have a 6.67-inch AMOLED display that offers an FHD+ resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. It is expected to feature an under-display fingerprint scanner. For audiophiles, the device may come equipped with dual speakers.
The Y200e 5G is said to be equipped with the Snapdragon 4 Gen 2 chipset. It may ship with 6 GB / 8 GB of RAM, and 128 GB of internal storage. It may house a 5,000mAh battery with 44W fast charging.
The Y200e 5G will have a 16-megapixel camera on the front. The back panel of the phone is likely to feature a 50-megapixel primary camera, an AI lens, and a quad-LED flash unit. It is said to have a thickness of 7.99 mm and weigh around 189 grams. The Y200e is expected to come in two shades, such as Diamond Black and Saffron Delight. There is no word about the price of the device.
