Sony will be launching a new color variant known as the Mirror Lake Green in the Taiwanese market on October 20th. This variant will come with a hefty 12GB RAM in the memory department, up from the current 8GB we have.
Aside from the new paint job and buffed up RAM capacity, the rest of its specs remain unchanged. As such, the Sony Xperia 1 II will continue to feature a 6.5-inches OLED display with 1644 x 3840 pixels pixels screen resolution.
Under the hood, the device is powered than the flagship Snapdragon 865 chipset coupled with up to 12GB RAM and 256GB onboard storage which is further expandable via a microSD card.
In the camera department, the Xperia 10 II has a triple camera system at the back consisting of a 12 megapixels primary shooter, 12 megapixels telephoto lens, as well as a 12 megapixels ultra-wide lens. This will be rounded up by an 8 megapixels selfie camera at the front.
To keep its lights on, the device comes with a respectable 4,000mAh battery with 21W fast-charging support and 11W wireless support.
At current stage, there is still no words on the official pricing on this new variant, but it will probably be announced on October 20th.
