Sony has released its most powerful Sony Xperia 1 flagship phone in China. The smartphone is now available for purchase through multiple channels in the country. It has arrived with a price tag of 6,299 Yuan ($911).
Sony has confirmed that the Xperia 1 is now available for buying through channels like its official online store, Jingdong Mall, Tmall, Suning, and more. The smartphone is currently only available in Black color option in the country. The other color variants such as Gray, Purple and White of the phone are expected to release some time later in China.

The USP of the Xperia 1 is that it is the world’s smartphone to come with 4K HDR OLED display it carries support for 3840 x 1644 pixels resolution at an interesting aspect ratio of 21:9. The Snapdragon 855 chipset is present under the hood of the device. It is assisted by 6 GB of storage. The internal storage of the phone is 128 GB. It comes with a microSD card slot for more storage. The Xperia UI based Android 9 Pi OS comes loaded on the device.
The 12-megapixel + 12-megapixel + 5-megapixel triple camera setup is be available on the backside of the Xperia 1. For capturing selfies, it features a front camera of 8-megapixel. It is packed with a 3,330mAh battery that supports 18W fast charging.
