A new security update has begun rolling out to the Sony Xperia E5 in the European regions starting today. This update brings along all the Android security patches and fixes for the month of October which we admit is already long overdued.
That being said, an update is still better than no update. Although the update is currently being rolled out over-the-air, but you can still try your luck to download it manually by going to Settings > About phone > System update > Check for update.
