The Xperia L3 is the newest entry-level phone from Sony that is expected to go official along with Xperia 10 and Xperia 10 Plus on Feb. 25 at the Mobile World Congress (MWC) 2019. WinFuture.de has shared the renders of the smartphone along with its specifications and price.
The Sony Xperia L3 renders reveal that it will be featuring a tall aspect ratio display. The publication claims that it is fitted with an LCD panel of 5.7 inches which produces HD+ resolution of 720 x 1440 pixels. This indicates that the phone offers an aspect ratio of 18:9. The device is rumored to be powered by an unidentified MediaTek chipset.
The SoC could be supported by 3 GB of RAM. The plastic rear panel of the phone features a vertical dual camera setup. For photography, it may feature 13-megapixel + 2-megapixel dual camera setup and a selfie camera of 8-megapixel.
The Sony Xperia L3 is expected to come equipped with 32 GB of native storage and it will also feature a microSD card slot. It may arrive with a 3,300mAh battery that can be charged through USB-C. The phone will be preloaded with Android 8.1 Oreo OS. The fingerprint scanner of the phone is placed on the right edge of the phone where volume rocker and power key are present. The smartphone is expected to release in the market in colors like silver, gray and gold. In Europe, it may cost around 199 euros ($225).
