Consumer Electronics Show (CES) has started and Sony has unveiled its new phones namely, Xperia XA2, Xperia XA2 Ultra and Xperia L2 at the event. The XA2 are mid-range phones whereas the L2 is a low-end smartphone.
Sony Xperia XA2, XA2 Ultra Specs, Features and Pricing
The Sony Xperia XA2 and Xperia XA2 respectively feature 5.2-inch and 6-inch screens that support for FHD resolution. Both the smartphones support the rectangle-shaped OmniBalance design that features thicker upper and lower bezels and slimmer side bezels.
The Xperia XA2 Ultra has Snapdragon 630 chipset, 4 GB of RAM and 64 GB of storage. It has a rear camera of 23-megapixel that supports low light photography and slow-motion video shooting at 120fps as well as 4K video capturing. It has 8-megapixel + 16-megapixel dual selfie snappers. It is packed with a 3,580mAh battery.
The Xperia XA2 has Snapdragon 630 chipset, 3 GB of RAM and 32 GB of storage. It has the same 23-megapixel rear camera and it is fitted with an 8-megeapixel frontal shooter. It is fueled by a 3,300mAh battery.
Both the phones are running on Android 8.0 Oreo and are flanked with rear-mounted fingerprint scanner. These phones also feature microSD card slot. The Xperia XA2 and XA2 Ultra are slated to hit the U.S. markets by the end of next month. The XA2 will be available in colors such as Black, Blue, Silver and Pink and the XA2 Ultra will be coming in colors like Black, Blue, Silver and Gold. There is no information available on the pricing of these phones.
Sony Xperia L2 Specs, Features and Pricing
The low-end Xperia L2 has an HD display of 5.5 inches. It includes 1.5 GHz quad-core processor, 3 GB of RAM, 32 GB of internal storage, microSD card support, rear camera of 13-megapixel, front camera of 8-megapixel and a 3,300mAh battery.
It will be coming in colors like Black, Gold and Pink by the start of February in the U.S. The Japanese tech giant did not reveal any information on its pricing.
