While it’s true that we’re hearing lot of reports recently regarding the upcoming OPPO Reno7 series smartphones, but a leaked promo video published by reputable tipster @Sudhanshu1414 apparently suggests that the company is prepping another model from the current Reno6 series lineup known as the OPPO Reno6 Lite.
However, before we get too excited over this device, let’s be clear that the Reno6 Lite is likely to be a rebranded model of the OPPO F19s smartphone that was recently launched in the Indian market. To make things even more confusing, the OPPO F19s itself is also expected to launch in the South-East Asian markets under the OPPO A95 4G branding.
As such, we can expect to see some familiar specs on the OPPO Reno6 Lite including a 6.43” AMOLED display upfront that comes with a FHD+ screen resolution, 20:9 aspect ratio, in-display fingerprint scanner, as well as a 16 megapixels front-facing camera.
In the imaging department, it’s likely to retain the same triple-cam setup comprising of a 48 megapixels main camera which will be assisted by a pair of 2 megapixels auxiliary cameras for macro and depth information.
Under the hood, it should be powered by an octa-core Snapdragon 662 chipset which is coupled with 6GB RAM and 128GB onboard storage in the memory department. Last but not the least, it’s also expected to be backed by a respectable 5,000mAh battery which also brings support for 33W fast-charging.
