Following the launch of the Realme 9i smartphone last week, Realme is now reported prepping the launch of Realme 9 and 9 Pro which are slated to debut in February next month. However, apart from the two aforementioned smartphones, the company could also be launching a top-of-the-line model known as the Realme 9 Pro+ real soon.
Today, courtesy of famed leaker Steve Hemmerstoffer (in collaboration of SmartPrix), we’re finally able to have our first look at the Realme 9 Pro+ via what seems to be an official-looking render of the phone.
As seen in the render, the Realme 9 Pro+ appears to adopt a flat panel which features a hole-punch cutout on the upper-left corner of the screen. The display itself is tipped to be a high-quality 6.43” AMOLED panel that offers a FHD+ screen resolution alongside a smooth 90Hz refresh rate.
Around the back of the phone, it comes with a square-shaped camera bump which resembles what we saw on the Realme 9 Pro earlier on. There will be three cameras in total, including a 50 megapixels main camera, 8 megapixels ultra-wide camera, as well as a 2 megapixels auxiliary unit. This is likely to be rounded out by a 16 megapixels front-facing shooter for selfie and video calls.
Under the hood, the Realme 9 Pro+ is expected to be powered by an octa-core MediaTek Dimensity 920 5G chipset which will be paired with up to 8GB RAM and 256GB built-in storage in the memory department.
To keep it’s lights on, the Realme 9 Pro+ will be backed by a respectable 4,500mAh battery with an unspecified charging speed. Those who’re interested can pick the phone from a trio of colors such as Midnight Black, Aurora Green and Sunrise Blue.
