POCO has already confirmed that the company will be launching the much anticipated POCO F6 and F6 Pro devices on May 23rd during a global launch event held in Dubai. Ahead of their official launch, POCO has released a pair of teasers showing off their design in full glory.
The POCO F6, as seen from the teaser, features three circular rings at the back with two of them housing its rear cameras, and another housing what appears to be a LED flash. According to past reports, the two cameras at the back are expected to include a 50 megapixels main camera as well as an 8 megapixels ultra-wide unit. This will be rounded out by a 20 megapixels front-facing camera for selfies and video calls.
The POCO F6 Pro on the other hand, shares a great resemblance to the already announced POCO X6 Pro, sporting a large rectangular island that extends across the width. Unlike the vanilla POCO F6, the Pro model comes with a triple-cam setup at the back which is said to be lead by a 50 megapixels main camera with OIS, 8 megapixels ultra-wide camera and a 2 megapixels macro shooter.
As far as hardware is concerned, the POCO F6 Pro 5G is likely to be powered by an octa-core Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset along with a respectable 5,000 mAh battery with 120W fast-charging support. As for the vanilla POCO F6, we can expect it to be powered by the new Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 chipset along with 5,000mAh battery and 90W fast-charging support.
