Recently, Honor’s Chief Brand Officer Glory Cheung has posted five different design sketches of the upcoming Honor 20 Lite, which will feature a contrasting hues on the back panel. In her Weibo post, she has also asked for the opinion of the community regarding their preferred design.
This came shortly after Honor’s President Zhao Ming revealed on Huawei’s community forum about the existence of the Honor 20 Lite smartphone. According to Zhao, the Honor 20 Lite will have good photography capabilities and a splendid design.
However, it’s good to know that the Honor 20 Lite we are referring isn’t the global version which had already been announced earlier this month. The current Honor 20 Lite had already been rebranded to Honor 20i in the Chinese market – so the device we’re talking here is a completely different one albeit the same moniker.
As seen from the above sketches, the new Honor 20 Lite will sports a vertically aligned camera housing on the top-left corner, and will not be featuring any fingerprint sensor on the back panel. Therefore, it will share a rather similar design language as most other Honor smartphones except for it’s unique colorway.
Although there isn’t any specific information regarding the Honor 20 Lite so far, but many believed it could be the Honor LRA-AL00 smartphone which was recently certified by the Chinese 3C and TENAA authority.
