Android Phones Leaked Meizu News

Upcoming Meizu M6s to come with onscreen mBack button

Over the past few months, we’d already seen multiple leaked images and video of the upcoming Meizu M6s which had collectively revealed that the device will not be coming with a physical mBack button this time round. This seems to be true after an alleged screenshot of the phone’s Setting screen was leaked on Chinese Weibo earlier today, which shows that the Meizu M6s will in fact be featuring a onscreen mBack button instead.

Likewise, the Setting screen also revealed part of the device’s front panel design which looks tremendously similar to the live images that we’d seen lately. Similar to the usual functionalities of the physical mBack button, user can do a light press on the onscreen button to signify a back command, as well as do a long hold to go back directly to the Home screen. The only difference is perhaps the fingerprint sensor which has been reportedly shifted to the right side of the device (where the Power button is normally located).

Since the device had already been certified by the Chinese TENAA authority, we’re pretty sure that the Meizu M6s unveiling date wouldn’t be far off. If rumors are true, then the device could be announced as early as January next month.
