Last week, a mysterious Xiaomi smartphone with model number M1908F1XE was certified by the Chinese TENAA authority which according to rumors, are likely to be the upcoming Xiaomi Mi Mix 4. Although there wasn’t much information revealed on the listing, but it did confirmed that the device will arrive with 5G capability.
Today, the same device had also been certified by the Chinese 3C authority – bringing it a step closer to its official announcement. Similar to what we’d learned earlier, the M1908F1XE was also listed with 5G support and will be coming with a MDY-10-EX charger which supports 44W fast-charging.
One of the main reasons why this device was speculated to be Mi Mix 4 is due to the fact that Xiaomi’s CEO Lei Jun had previously revealed that the company’s second 5G smartphone will arrive in the second halve of the year. Since the Mi 9’s successor is likely to arrive only in February next year, the most probable handset to feature 5G support will no doubt be the highly anticipated Mi Mix 4.
