Vivo will be announcing the Vivo APEX 2019 smartphone on Jan. 24. Recently, the Chinese manufacturer had run a campaign to touch and feel the smartphone. People who could experience claimed that it felt like a metal soap. Two days ahead of launch, Vivo has shared a video of the Vivo APEX 2019 phone to tease its design.
The above video shows that the Vivo APEX 2019 has a soft metallic feel and the most striking thing is that it there are no ports or physical buttons. There is no information available on the specifications of the smartphone. It is speculated that it could be fueled by the Snapdragon 855 chipset.
Popular tipster and designer Benjamin Geskin have shared renders of the Vivo APEX 2019. The renders reveal that there are no ports or buttons on the device. The back panel of the phone features a vertical dual camera setup. The frontside of the phone is fitted with a display that is surrounded by super-thin bezels. The handset could be equipped with a pop-up selfie camera.

The Vivo APEX 2019 phone could be equipped with a half-screen fingerprint reader, wireless charging and touch-sensitive sensors around the edges for power. The Chinese manufacture is expected to debut the Vivo APEX 2019 concept model on Jan. 24 and in the coming months, it may debut its commercial edition with a different moniker.
