Vivo has launched a new smartphone called Vivo S1 in Indonesia. In May, Vivo had launched the Vivo S1 smartphone in China. However, the Vivo S1 that has arrived in Indonesia is different in terms of design and specs from the Chinese version. In Indonesia, the Vivo S1 carries a price tag of 35,99,000 Indonesian Rupiah ($260). The handset comes in two color options such as Cosmic Green and Skyline Blue. It will be available for purchase starting from July 23 in the country.
Vivo S1 Specifications and Features
The Vivo S1 features a 6.39-inch S-AMOLED display that offers full HD+ resolution of 1080 x 2340 pixels and 19.5:9 aspect ratio. It is equipped with an in-screen fingerprint scanner. It offers a screen-to-body ratio of 90 percent. The all new MediaTek Helio P65 chipset is present under the hood of the device along with 4 GB of RAM. It has a native storage of 128 GB. There is a microSD card slot on the device for additional storage.
The rear side of the smartphone is fitted with a triple camera unit. It includes a 16-megapixel primary lens, an ultrawide lens of 8-mgepaixel and a 2-megapixel depth sensor. For shooting selfies, it has a front camera of 32-megapixel. The smartphone houses a 4,500mAh battery that supports 18W dual-engine fast charging through microUSB 2.0. The Vivo S1 smartphone is also expected to go official in India in near future.
