On Dec. 14, Vivo will take off covers from the Vivo S18e, Vivo S18, Vivo S18 Pro, and Vivo TWS 3e TWS earbuds in China. Recent reports have revealed a few details about the specifications of the S18 Pro. The brand released a couple of posters on Weibo today to reveal key specifications of the Vivo S18 and S18 Pro. Here is a look at what’s revealed about these smartphones.
Vivo S18, Vivo S18 Pro key specifications (rumored)
As per the new posters, the Vivo S18 and S18 Pro will have an OLED panel that offers a 1.5K resolution, a 120Hz refresh rate, and a peak brightness of 2800 nits. While the company has not revealed the screen size, reports have claimed that both phones will have the same 6.78-inch curved-edge OLED panel.
The Dimensity 9200 Plus chipset and the Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 will power the Vivo S18 and S18 Pro, respectively. Both phones will arrive in the same configurations, such as 12 GB RAM + 256 GB storage, 12 GB RAM + 512 GB storage, and 16 GB RAM + 512 GB storage. The S18 and S18 Pro are also expected to pack a 5,000mAh battery with 80W fast charging support.
The Vivo S18 will have a 50-megapixel camera, but there is no information about its auxiliary cameras. As far as the Pro model is concerned, it will have an OIS-enabled 50-megapixel Sony IMX920 VCS main camera, a 50-megapixel Samsung JN1 ultra-wide lens, and a 12-megapixel IMX663 portrait lens with 2x optical zoom. As per other reports, the S18 and S18 Pro will both have a 50-megapixel front camera with a dual-flash unit.
