Vivo S19, S19 Pro render, key specifications emerge well before launch

Vivo has just launched the Vivo X100s, X100s Pro, and X100 Ultra flagship phones in China. The brand is now expected to unveil the Vivo S19 series of smartphones by the end of this month in the home market. Earlier this month, tipster Digital Chat Station leaked the key specifications of the Vivo S19 and S19 Pro. Today, the tipster released a new Weibo post to reiterate the specs of both phones.

According to information leaked by DCS, the Vivo S19 will come equipped with a flat screen and a plastic mid-frame. Under the hood, the S19 will feature the Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 chipset and a 6000mAh battery with 80W fast charging support.

Its front camera is speculated to be a 50-megapixel sensor, while the rear setup is said to include a 50-megapixel Samsung GNJ 1/1.56-inch OIS main sensor, an 8-megapixel ultra-wide-angle lens, and a soft light LED ring.

On the other hand, the Vivo S19 Pro is rumored to sport a curved-edge OLED panel with a plastic mid-frame. The handset will be powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 9200+ processor and a 5,500mAh battery with 80W fast charging support.

Its front camera is speculated to be a 50-megapixel sensor, while the rear setup may comprise a 50-megapixel IMX921 VCS 1/1.56″ OIS main sensor, an 8-megapixel ultra-wide-angle lens, and a 50-megapixel IMX816 telephoto lens with OIS support. Additionally, it is rumored to support 50X digital zoom and feature a soft light LED ring.

Previous leaks have revealed that the S19 and S19 Pro will come in variants like 12GB+256GB, 12GB+512GB, 16GB+256GB, and 16GB+512GB.
