Now, tipster Digital Chat Station has leaked the key specifications of the S20 Pro well before the launch. Here’s a look at what to expect from the Pro model.
Vivo S20 Pro specifications (rumored)
As per the leak, the Vivo S20 Pro will arrive with a 6.67-inch OLED LTPS panel that offers a 1.5K resolution of 2800 x 1260 pixels and a quad-curved design. For selfies, it will feature a 50-megapixel front-facing camera.
The S20 Pro’s back panel will have a 50-megapixel Sony IMX921 main camera. A 50-megapixel ultra-wide snapper and a 50-megapixel IMNX882 periscope telephoto camera with 3x optical zoom will join the primary camera. By this, it will be the company’s first S-series phone to feature a periscope zoom camera.
The Dimensity 9300 Plus chipset is expected to power the Vivo S20 Pro. It will have a 5,500mAh battery with 90W rapid charging support. The device is expected to run on Origin OS 5-based Android 15.
Like the S19 series, the Vivo S20 lineup is expected to sport a thin and lightweight design. Both the S20 and S20 Pro will come equipped with an optical type of fingerprint sensor and an IR blaster. The first teasers of the S20 series are expected to surface starting next week in China.
