Recent reports have suggested that Oppo may unveil the Reno 15 series of smartphones in November this year in China. Around the same time, the Honor 500 lineup is also expected to launch. Now, a new leak indicates that the Vivo S50 series will also debut in November. The leak further highlights what appear to be the key specifications of the Vivo S50 Pro Mini.
Purported Vivo S50 Pro Mini key specifications tipped

According to a Weibo post by tipster Smart Pikachu, the exact name of the handset has not been confirmed, but it is said to feature a compact 6.3-inch display. This suggests it could be the successor to the Vivo S30 Pro Mini, which also had a 6.3-inch screen and the Dimensity 9300 Plus chipset. However, it is still unclear whether Vivo will launch it as the S50 Pro Mini or simply as the S50.
The uncertainty stems from Vivo’s recent X-series strategy. Last year’s X200 Pro Mini featured a 6.3-inch panel, but reports claim that there will not be an X300 Pro Mini this year. Instead, the standard X300, which also has a 6.3-inch screen, is expected to succeed it. This raises questions about whether Vivo plans to continue the “Pro Mini” branding in the S50 lineup.
The tipster further revealed that the device will be powered by a Dimensity 9400 series chipset and will include a periscope telephoto camera. Its prototype is also said to be undergoing testing with an ultrasonic in-screen fingerprint sensor. Other details about the device remain undisclosed.
While the Vivo S30 Pro Mini was exclusive to the Chinese market, its rebranded version was released globally as the Vivo X200 FE. Hence, it is possible that the S50 Pro Mini could launch globally as the Vivo X300 FE, which, if it happens, is likely to debut in Q1 2026.
