Vivo will be launching the Vivo S6 5G in China on March 31. Yesterday, the smartphone popped up on China’s TENAA regulatory body’s database with entire specs and images. Ahead of the launch, real-life images of the Vivo S6 5G have surfaced on Weibo.
The Vivo S6 5G live shots again confirm that it will be sporting a waterdrop notch screen. It seems to be a bit of downgrade compared to the predecessor Vivo S5 that came with a punch-hole screen. The TENA listing revealed that the Vivo S6 5G has a 6.44-inch S-AMOLED display that offers 1080 x 2400 pixels and 20:9 aspect ratio. The screen is embedded with a fingerprint reader. The leaked shows the fairly thick chin of the device.
The live shot of the rear of the Vivo S6 5G shows that it features a curved glass back. The so-called Oreo design camera module can be seen at the upper half of the phone’s rear. Below it is an LED flash. The right edge of the device has a volume rocker and an LED flash. A 3.5mm audio jack can be seen on the top edge of the Vivo S6 5G.
