Vivo is gearing up to introduce a new addition to its T series in India. The company has released an official teaser to give a first look at the upcoming T4 Ultra smartphone. Here is a look at the details that have been confirmed through the phone’s first teaser.
Vivo T4 Ultra teaser begins

The teaser shared by Vivo highlights a sleek design with a vertically aligned triple-camera setup housed in an oval module, accompanied by an Aura LED flash. In comparison, last year’s T3 Ultra featured a dual-camera setup. The T4 Ultra’s camera setup includes a periscope telephoto camera, supporting up to 100x digital zoom.
The phone will reportedly house a 50-megapixel Sony IMX921 primary camera, along with a 50-megapixel ultra-wide sensor and a 50-megapixel periscope lens providing 3x optical zoom.
The T4 Ultra is expected to feature a 6.67-inch OLED display with 1.5K resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. It is likely to be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 9300 Plus chipset and run on FunTouch OS 15-based Android 15. It is likely to be backed by a 5,500mAh battery with 90W rapid charging support.
In all likelihood, the Vivo T4 Ultra will be based on the Vivo S20 Pro, which was announced in December 2024 in China. As far as the launch is concerned, the device is expected to break cover in June in India. There’s no information about the pricing of the device yet. However, it can be speculated based on the predecessor’s pricing that the T4 Ultra might cost around Rs 35,000 ($410).
