A Russian technology publication has shared the images of the upcoming Vivo V17 smartphone. The report claims that the device will be made official by the end of this month. It has shared live images that reveal the front and rear sides of the smartphone.
The Vivo V17 smartphone can be seen flaunting a waterdrop notch display. The bottom side of the device has a microphone, a USB-C port and an external speaker. The display of the phone is embedded with an in-screen fingerprint reader.
The rear side of the Vivo V17 has a diamond-shaped camera system like the Vivo S5 that is debuting in China next month. However, the V17 has differently positioned quad cameras inside its camera housing. An LED flash is placed below the camera module. The glass rear of the phone has a gradient hue.
The specs of the phone are not known. The images of the Vivo V17 matches with that of V1945A/T phone that was recently approved by TENAA. Hence, it appears that the Vivo V17 could be debuting in China as an S-series device. The V1945A/ has a 6.38-inch AMOLED full HD+ display, 2.0GHz octa-core processor, 6 GB / 8 GB of RAM 128 GB/ 256 GB of storage, 48-megapixel + 8-megapixel + 2-megapixel + 2-megapixel quad cameras, 32-megapixel selfie camera, 4,500mAh battery with 18W fast charging.
