Vivo India is reportedly working on Vivo V19 series. The lineup includes Vivo V19 and Vivo V19 Pro smartphones. Both devices are expected to break cover in India in Q1 2020.
The IPL cricket tournament will begin in India on March 23. The company has reportedly planned to advertise the Vivo V19 series during the IPL 2020. This suggests that the new V-series smartphones will go official in February or March. The company had launched the Vivo V15 Pro smartphone in India in February. The V19 Pro will be arriving as the successor of the Vivo V17 Pro smartphone that had gone official in October. At present, there is no word on the technical specifications of the smartphone.
The company is also planning to launch the Vivo S1 Pro in India. It is the exact same device that had debuted in Southeast Asian markets in November. The Vivo S1 Pro has a waterdrop notch enabled 6.38-inch AMOLED display that offers full HD+ resolution of 1080 x 2340 pixels. The Snapdragon 665 powers the phone with 6 GB / 8 GB RAM. The device has a native storage of 128 GB. the phone has a 48-megapixel AI powered quad cameras and it has a selfie camera of 32-megapixel. The phone is equipped with a 4,500mAh battery along with 18W fast charging.
