A new Vivo smartphone bearing the model number V2072A has popped up on Google Play console along with some of its crucial specs as well as an official render depicting its front design.
In terms of appearance, the upcoming Vivo V2072A’s front design closely resembles what we saw on the Vivo V20 Pro thanks to the huge notch towards the top of its front panel. Just like the V20 Pro, the Vivo V2071 seems to be coming with a dual-selfie camera setup as well.
Specs-wise, it was listed that the Vivo V2072 will be equipped with a MediaTek MT6891 chipset which seems to be newly announced Dimensity 1100 chipset since it was listed with four Cortex-A78 (clocked at 2.6Ghz) and four Cortex-A55 (clocked at 2.0GHz) cores.
Other than that, it was also confirmed to be coming with a hefty 12GB RAM in the memory department and has a FHD+ screen resolution for its front display. On the software-side, it will be shipped with the latest Android 11 out of the box.
Based on the preliminary specs, the forthcoming Vivo V2072A shapes up to be a premium mid-ranger smartphone which could fall under Vivo’s V or X series lineup.
