As scheduled, Vivo has officially announced the brand new Vivo V21e 5G smartphone – the forth model within the V21 series lineup which currently includes the Vivo V21 4G, V21 5G, as well as V21e 4G. Starting with the front, the Vivo V21e 5G comes along with a 6.44” AMOLED display that offers a FHD+ screen resolution, 60Hz refresh rate, as well as 20:9 tall aspect ratio. Unlike the 4G model which has a 44 megapixels front-facing shooter, the 5G model gets a slightly downgraded 32 megapixels selfie camera instead.

Around the back of the phone, it features a slightly redesigned rectangular camera island which houses a dual-cam setup consisting of a 64 megapixels main camera as well as an 8 megapixels ultra-wide lens.

Under the hood, the Vivo V21e 5G is powered by an octa-core MeeiaTek Dimensity 700 chipset which is paired with 8GB RAM and 128GB onboard storage in the memory department. As usual, storage capacity can be further expanded via a microSD card if you need for storage space for photos or games.

To keep it’s lights on, the phone draws power from a respectable 4,000mAh battery with 44W flash charging support. Impressively, a 30 minutes charging time will be sufficient to bring it’s battery capacity from 0 to 72% according to Vivo.

For those who’re interested, the Vivo V21e 5G is available in both Sunset Jazz and Dark Pearl colorway. Pricing-wise, the phone will set you back by INR24,990 (US$337) for it’s 8GB+128GB variant.
