In March, Vivo was present at the Boao Forum for Asia to give the first look at its mixed reality headset named the Vivo Vision. Today, the Vivo Product Manager Han Boxiao confirmed that it will be launching soon.
Vivo Vision to go official soon

In today’s Weibo post, Boxiao mentioned that Vivo recently set up a dedicated MR experience zone, giving him the chance to test the upcoming Vivo Vision headset firsthand. Alongside his remarks, he shared an image offering a glimpse at the device’s design.
From his trial, he noted three standout aspects. To begin with, the comfort of wearing it was remarkable, thanks to its ultra-light build. While the exact weight was not disclosed, he likened the feel to wearing AirPods Max over-ear headphones.
Next, he was struck by its aesthetics, calling the design eye-catching, minimalist, sophisticated, and premium in its detailing. Finally, the actual experience of using the headset impressed him greatly; although he avoided revealing too much, he did mention that viewing panoramic images captured on the forthcoming Vivo X200 Ultra through the device was a stunning experience. He concluded by saying that preparations for its official unveiling are well underway and encouraged followers to stay tuned for updates.
Vivo is expected to hold the Vivo X300 series launch event in September or October this year. Likely, the Vivio Vision may debut alongside the X300 series.
