Vivo X100, X100 Pro camera specifications (rumored)
According to the tipster, the Vivo X100 will have a Sony IMX920 primary camera, which seemingly supports OIS. It will be assisted by a Samsung JN1 ultra-wide lens and a 64-megapixel OmniVision OV64B telephoto camera with 3x optical zoom.
On the other hand, the Vivo X100 Pro will have a Sony IMX989 main camera with OIS support. Like the standard model, the Pro variant will also have the Samsung JN1 ultra-wide snapper and an OmniVision OV64B telephoto camera with 4.3x optical zoom.
As it is known, the Vivo X100 and X100 Pro will feature the Dimensity 9300 chipset. MediaTek is expected to announce the new flagship chip on Nov. 6 in China. Both smartphones will have a curved-edge display on the front, but it is speculated that the brand may also announce a flat-screen variant for the standard model.
A recent report revealed that the Vivo X100 series will feature the latest LPDDR5T RAM technology, which will offer 13 percent improved performance than LPDDR5x, which powers most of the flagship phones of 2023. The X100 and X100 Pro have already passed 3C certification, which has revealed that both phones may arrive with support for 120W charging. The Pro model is also expected to support 50W wireless charging.
The Vivo X100 lineup also includes the Vivo X100 Pro+. Unlike the other models that feature the MediaTek chip, Vivo has opted to power the X100 Pro+ with a Qualcomm chip. Speculations are rife that the X100 Pro+ featuring the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 will be unveiled in the first quarter of 2024.
