Vivo is expected to expand the X200 series by adding the X200 Ultra in the second quarter of 2025. The rumor mill has been consistently leaking the camera specs of the X200 Ultra. Today, renowned leaker Digital Chat Station has seemingly revealed more information about the camera system of the Vivo X200 Ultra.

According to previous reports, the Vivo X200 Ultra will feature a triple rear camera setup, consisting of a 50-megapixel main camera with a Sony LYT 818 sensor with a focal length of 35mm, a 50-megapixel ultra-wide-angle lens with the same Sony LYT 818 sensor, and a 200-megapixel periscope telephoto lens with a Samsung HP series sensor.

Digital Chat Station disclosed that the Vivo X200 Ultra’s rear camera system will primarily feature large-aperture lenses with large sensors, hardware-level stabilization, and the ability to capture 4K video at 120fps across all focal lengths. It will also feature the latest self-developed chip, minimizing frame jumps when switching focal lengths in videos. Additionally, the lens module design has been adjusted.

In October, Vivo released the Vivo X200, X200 Pro, and X200 Pro mini, all equipped with the MediaTek Dimensity 9400. However, the X200 Ultra will switch to the Snapdragon 8 Elite mobile platform by Qualcomm. While the existing X200 models have a 1.5K resolution screen, the Ultra edition’s display will offer a 2K resolution with a 120Hz refresh rate. It is likely to pack a 6,000mAh battery with 100W fast charging and 50W wireless charging.
