The Vivo X200s is one of the devices that Vivo plans to launch on April 21 in China. Ahead of the launch, the company has been gradually confirming its key details. A new Weibo post released by the brand reveals its battery size, wireless charging capabilities, and iOS-style features.
Vivo X200s battery size, charging details confirmed
Vivo has officially confirmed that the Vivo X200s will feature a 6,200mAh battery. This huge battery will be packed inside a chassis that measures only 7.9mm.
Reports have claimed that the X200s will support 90W wired charging. And the official teaser released today confirms it will also offer 40W wireless charging. The brand has also confirmed that the device will come equipped with an ultrasonic in-screen fingerprint sensor.
To recall, while the Vivo X200 also supports 90W fast charging, it features a smaller 5,700mAh battery and lacks support for wireless charging. Instead of an ultrasonic fingerprint sensor, it features an optical type one.
The brand has also hinted that the Vivo X200s can interact seamlessly with iOS devices. It is expected to support features like iPhone notifications, enable app continuity across Vivo and Apple devices, and fast file transfers.
As per other reports, the Vivo X200s will feature a 6.67-inch OLED panel with a flat design. It will support a 1.5K resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. The device will feature the same 50-megapixel (Sony IMX921) + 50-megapixel (Samsung JN1, ultra-wide) + 50-megapixel (LYT-600, 3x periscope) triple camera unit that’s available on the Vivo X200. Under the hood, it will feature the Dimensity 9400 Plus chipset.
