The Vivo X300 FE continues to surface through new leaks and certification appearances, suggesting that the device could be nearing its official debut. While Vivo has not confirmed details yet, recent reports have shed light on its potential variants and hardware, giving a clearer picture of what to expect from this upcoming compact flagship. The latest information highlights configuration options alongside performance benchmarks, indicating that the device may arrive with notable upgrades compared to its predecessor.

These variants appear consistent with earlier FE-series releases, suggesting Vivo may continue offering balanced storage choices within the lineup. In terms of colors, the device is expected to debut in blue and black finishes, although additional color options could vary depending on the region.

The device has been recently spotted on the Geekbench benchmarking platform with Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 chip, 12GB of RAM, and Android 16. It has also appeared with a 90W charger at TUV certification. These findings suggest that this phone could be a rebranded version of China-exclusive Vivo S50 Pro Mini.
