While Vivo is expected to unveil the Vivo X300 and X300 Pro next month (October) in China, the Vivo X300 Ultra may break cover in Q2 2026. As it is known, the Vivo X300 and X300 Pro will feature the Dimensity 9500 SoC, while the X300 Ultra is expected to house the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5. A new leak, courtesy of tipster Digital Chat Station, reveals that the X300 Ultra will be the only smartphone among its competitors to feature two 200-megapixel cameras.
Vivo X300 Ultra camera specifications (rumored)

According to the tipster, the Vivo X300 Ultra will feature a 200-megapixel main camera, a 50-megapixel ultra-wide lens, and a 200-megapixel periscope telephoto camera. The device will also be equipped with the company’s video and image-enhancing chips.
Other reports suggest that the Vivo X300 Ultra’s primary snapper could be equipped with the upcoming Sony LYT-990 camera sensor. For periscope zoom, the device could be equipped with the Samsung HPB sensor. The said sensor is available as a primary camera on the Vivo X300 and as a periscope telephoto camera on the X300 Pro.
Vivo has already confirmed the primary and telephoto camera specifications of the Vivo X300 and X300 Pro. As mentioned, the X300 will feature a 200-megapixel Samsung HPB main camera and a 50-megapixel Sony LYT-602 periscope telephoto camera.
On the other hand, the Vivo X300 Pro will feature a 50-megapixel Sony LYT-828 main camera and a 200-megapixel Samsung HPB periscope telephoto camera. Both phones are expected to feature a 50-megapixel ultra-wide lens backed by a Samsung JN1 or JN5 sensor.
