Earlier this month, Vivo began teasing the arrival of the upcoming Vivo X300 series in China. The brand started receiving pre-orders, and today, it released images showcasing the design for the first time.

The Vivo X300 series posters reveal that both phones will continue to feature a round camera module, similar to the previous generation. The Pro variant can be seen with a dedicated button for launching the camera.
Both smartphones are equipped with a triple-camera setup with Zeiss T* coating. A triple LED flash is positioned at the upper-left corner of the device. The Vivo X300 is shown in blue and pink, whereas the X300 Pro will be available in black and gold.
Previous images have confirmed that the Vivo X300 and X300 Pro are equipped with a flat display. The brand has already announced that the Vivo X300 will feature a 6.31-inch BOE Q10 Plus display offering a 1.5K resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. Reports suggest that the X300 Pro will feature a 6.8-inch 1.5K 120Hz OLED screen.
Both phones will feature the Dimensity 9500 chipset. While the X300 may include a 6,200mAh battery, the Pro edition may arrive with a 6,500mAh battery. Both devices are expected to support 90W wired and wireless charging.
The Vivo X300’s camera setup is expected to include a 200-megapixel Samsung HPB main camera, a 50-megapixel Samsung JN5 ultra-wide lens, and a 50-megapixel LYT-602 periscope telephoto camera. On the other hand, the X300 Pro’s camera setup may comprise a 50-megapixel Sony LYT-828 main camera, a 50-megapixel JN5 ultra-wide snapper, and a 200-megapixel HPB periscope telephoto camera. Both phones are confirmed to feature a 50-megapixel front camera.
