Vivo will be launching the highly-anticipated Vivo X50 and X50 Pro smartphones in Singapore on August 15th.

If you still remember, the “Gimbal” camera system was first visualized on the Vivo APEX 2020 concept phone. It is a state-of-the-art stabilization system which allows you to capture steady videos and clear shots even when moving.

On top of that, the X50 series smartphones also come with upgraded internals which make them the most powerful upper mid-ranger smartphones release by Vivo in the local market.

The vanilla X50 is powered by an octa-core Snapdragon 730 chipset, while the X50 Pro will be driven by a 5G-ready Snapdragon 765G platform.

Other notable features include the curved OLED panel with FHD+ screen resolution and a smooth 90Hz refresh rate which offer an ultimate viewing experience for the users.

For those who’re interested, the Vivo X50 will be offered in both Frost Blue and Glaze Black colorways, while the X50 Pro will be available in Alpha Grey.

According to Vivo, the Vivo X50 and X50 Pro will come with an off-contract starting price of S$799 and S$1,099 respectively, and will be available through M1, Singtel, StarHub, Online (Lazada, Shopee, Qoo10) and authorized retailers on August 15th.

In fact, the brand new OPPO Reno4 Pro will also go on its debut sale on the same day.
