Vivo X60 Series 150K Registrations

Prior to its launch, the Vivo X60 series smartphones had already garnered more than 150,000 registrations of interest which outline the popularity of the device among the local consumers.

As we’d already know, the upcoming X60 series smartphones are among the first batch to be powered by the new Samsung’s Exynos 1080 chipset that comes with support for 5G connectivity for both standalone (SA) and non-standalone (NSA) modes.

Just yesterday, details pertaining to the Vivo X60 and X60 Pro’s camera system were also leaked, giving us a good idea on what to expect from these devices.

According to the information revealed, the Vivo X60 will arrive with a triple-camera system consisting of a 48 megapixels primary shooter with Zeiss optics, 13 megapixels ultra-wide camera, as well as a 13 megapixels portrait lens.

Moving on, the primary camera of the device is also expected to be equipped with a micro-gimbal system to provide ultra-stabilization for video recording.

As for the Vivo X60 Pro, the device is expected to retain the three cameras on the vanilla Vivo X60, but will come with an additional 8 megapixels periscope lens which is tipped to provide up to 5x optical zoom and as much as 60x optical zoom.

No doubt, the preliminary specs of the Vivo X60 series smartphones certainly looks great on paper. However, we’ll need to wait for its official pricing to find out if they actually worth the money.
