Over the past couple of days, we’d been treated to a massive leak which involved the CAD-based renderings of the upcoming Vivo X70 5G and Vivo X70 Pro 5G that gave us our first ”near-official” look at devices ahead of the actual launch.
Following up to that, we now also have more information on their higher-end Vivo X70 Pro+ 5G sibling courtesy of Google Play Console which has listed some of the device’s official specs.
According to the listing, the Vivo X70 Pro+ will be powered by a Snapdragon 888 series chipset, which could either be the same Snapdragon 888 silicon that was found the current X60 Pro+, or the latest Snapdragon 888+ chipset.
Aside from that, the same listing also revealed that the phone will be arriving with a central-hole punch display with FHD+ screen resolution, as well as 8GB worth of RAM in the memory department.
While that’s pretty much all the information we have on the device at the moment, but we did know from earlier reports that the Vivo X70 Pro+ will arrive with an upgraded camera system lead by a larger main camera with 1/1.28” sensor size.
Similarly, the phone is also tipped to feature a larger battery capacity with faster charging speed this time round. If nothing goes wrong, the Vivo X70 series smartphones could debut as early as September next month.
