Earlier this month, a Vivo phone with model number V2241A was approved by the 3C authority of China. Reports have claimed that the device will debut as the Vivo X90 in the home market. The same device has surfaced in the database for the TENAA certification with all its key specifications. Images of the device are not available at this time in the TENAA listing. Its design is no secret since a recent leak revealed its press renders.
Vivo X90 Specifications (Rumored)
The Vivo X90 will arrive with a 6.78-inch AMOLED display with curved edges and a centrally positioned punch-hole. It offers a 1.5K resolution of 1260 x 2800 pixels, 10-bits, and an in-screen fingerprint scanner. The screen is also expected to support a 120Hz refresh rate.
The Dimensity 9200 is present under the hood of the Vivo X90. Instead of the name of the chipset, the TENAA listing states its 3.05GHz processing speed. The listing states that the device will arrive with 8 GB / 12 GB / 16 GB of RAM.
The phone will offer 128 GB / 256 GB / 512 GB of storage. It will run on Android 13 OS with the OriginOS 3 UI on top. It lacks a microSD card slot. The listing states that it has a 2 x 2345mAh (rated value) dual-cell battery. Hence, it appears it may have 4,800mAh battery. It is expected to support 120W fast charging.
The Vivo X90 will feature a 32-megapixel selfie camera. The round-shaped camera module on its back will have a 50-megapixel main camera, a 12-megapixel ultra-wide snapper, and a 12-megapixel telephoto camera with 2x optical zoom.
As it is known, the Vivo X90 and its two siblings, the X90 Pro and X90 Pro+, will debut on Nov. 22 in China. The Vivo TWS 3 earbuds will also launch alongside the X90 lineup.
