Besides launching the Vivo Y10 in the Chinese market, Vivo had also announced another model in the global market known as the Vivo Y21e. This model shares largely the same design as the rest of the Y21 series smartphones, but comes with some minor differences in terms of its internals.
For starter, the Vivo Y21e features a 6.51” IPS LCD display that offers a HD+ screen resolution and 60Hz refresh rate. On top of that, it also has an 8 megapixels front-facing camera to help with selfie and video calls.
On the imaging front, it sports a dual-cam setup comprising of a 13 megapixels main camera and a 2 megapixels macro camera to handle close-up photography. Likewise, there’s also a LED flash for low-light shots.
Under the hood, the Vivo Y21e is powered by an octa-core Snapdragon 680 chipset alongside 3GB RAM and 64GB onboard storage which you can further expand via a microSD card.
To keep it’s lights on, the phone draws power from a massive 5,000mAh battery which carries support for 18W fast-charging. Software-wise, it’ll be shipped with FuntouchOS 12 based on Android 11 out of the box.
For those who’re interested, the Vivo Y21e is available in both Midnight Blue and Diamond Glow colorways, and will be priced at INR12,990 (US$175) in the Indian market.
