Ahead of any official announcement, the device has appeared on the China Telecom database, revealing its complete specifications, design details, and memory variants. Here’s a look at what to expect from the device.
Vivo Y500i variants, color options

According to the China Telecom listing, the Vivo Y500i (model number V2531A) will be offered in multiple memory configurations, including 8GB+256GB, 8GB+512GB, and 12GB+256GB.
The device will be available in several colour options such as Obsidian Black, Galaxy Silver, Near-Gold Brown, and Wind Feather Gold, targeting users who prefer subtle yet premium-looking finishes.
Vivo Y500i specifications
The Vivo Y500i features a large 6.75-inch LCD display with an HD+ resolution of 1570 x 720 pixels. The listing indicates that the device runs Android 16 out of the box, making it one of the few budget-oriented phones confirmed with the latest Android version.
