Vivo has a couple of new smartphones waiting to go official. Past reports have revealed the existence of model numbers such as Vivo V1986A, V2012A, V2002, and V2001. The V1986A is expected to debut as the iQOO Z1 on May 19. The V2012A is said to be a global version of the Vivo Z6.  The identities of the V2002 and V2001 are not known yet. Today, the Vivo V2002 appeared on Geekbench benchmarking platform to reveal its key specs. It is now speculated to break cover as Vivo Y70s.

Samsung is yet to announce the Exynos 880 SoC. By moniker it appears that it could be less powerful than the Exynos 980 5G chipset that powers handsets like Vivo X30, Vivo X30 Pro, and Vivo S6 5G smartphones.

It has two Cortex-A77 CPU cores clocking at 2.0GHz and six Cortex A55 cores ticking at 1.79GHz. The SoC includes Mali-G76 GPU. The other details of the chipset are not known yet. The performance of the Exynos 880 5G is likely to similar to Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 765G SoC.

The V2002 smartphone was recently spotted on China’s 3C certification platform. It revealed that the phone could be shipping with an 18W fast charger. The other details of the smartphone are currently under wraps. Hopefully, the Vivo V2002 will soon appear on TENAA with all its specifications.
