Vivo had previously announced a 5G version of the Vivo Y75 smartphone that was powered by MediaTek Dimensity 700 chipset. Now, the company is back with a 4G model in the Indian market which carries an affordable launch price of just INR20,999 (US$269).
The new Vivo Y75 builds around a 6.44” AMOLED display which offers a FHD+ screen resolution along with a modest refresh rate of 60Hz. To help with selfies and video calls, the device also has an impressive 44MP front-facing camera which was also used in the Vivo V23 (Review) smartphone.
Over on the rear side, the device features a rectangular camera island which houses a triple-camera array comprising of a 50 megapixels main ca camera, 8 megapixels ultra-wide camera, as well as a 2 megapixels macro camera for close-up photography.
At the helm, it’s powered by an octa-core MediaTek Helio G96 chipset which will be supplemented by 8GB RAM along with 128GB built-in storage that can be further expanded via a microSD card. Keeping it’s lights on is none other than a respectable 4,050mAh battery which carries support for 44W fast-charging.
The device as usual, will be shipped with FuntouchOS 12 based on Android 12 OS. Those who’re interested can pick the phone in two different colorways such as Moonlight Shadow and Dancing Waves.
