Earlier this week, a Chinese tipster had revealed an image of a Vivo phone with a punch-hole screen. The handset is speculated to arrive with a mammoth battery of 5,000mAh capacity. The tipster had claimed that it will be debuting in the Chinese market as Vivo Z5x. Today, another Weibo user has shared an image that features a Vivo phone with punch-hole screen. It could be the upcoming Vivo Z5x smartphone.
In the image, the alleged Vivo Z5x can be seen placed alongside a notch-less phone. Both have identical front design, but the Z5x is equipped with a punch-hole for the selfie camera. The right edge of the phone has a volume rocker and a power key.
As of this writing, there is no information on the specifications of the Vivo Z5x. The Vivo Z5x could be arriving as the successor for the Vivo Z3x phone. Since the Z3x is fueled by the Snapdragon 660, the Z5x could be arriving with a better performing SoC. It could be powered by Snapdragon 7XX series SoC.
The Vivo Z5x is expected to house a 5,000mAh battery. Hopefully, the Chinese firm will include support for fast charging through USB-C on the device. After from model number V1911, display design and battery size, nothing else is known about it. The smartphone is speculated to debut soon. Hence, it may go official later this month or in June in the home market.
