Owners of the Nexus 7 should have discovered that the tablet became laggy after updating to the latest Android 4.2 Jelly Bean. Although many users have been complaining about the lag, there is still no official response from Google and Asus yet. However thanks to a member from XDA-Developers forum, you could allegedly fix the bug through following steps :
- Open your app draw
- Open Google Currents
- Click the three dots in the top right corner of the app
- Tap “settings”
- Uncheck “enable background sync”
- Reboot your Nexus 7
