The Xiaomi 12T series is expected to launch soon in the global market. A new report by MySmartPrice reveals that the device, the Xiaomi 12T Pro, has appeared in the database of the Play Console. The device’s mere appearance on the Play Console reveals that it may debut soon.
The Xiaomi 12T Pro, which is codenamed “diting,” has surfaced on Play Console. The listing reveals that the device is equipped with a punch-hole display that offers a Full HD+ resolution of 1220 x 2712 pixels. It also reveals that the device is equipped with the Snapdragon 8 Plus Gen 1 chipset.
The 12T Pro has 12 GB of RAM and runs on Android 12 OS. It seems to be fitted with an under-display fingerprint scanner. The listing has no information on the other specs of the 12T Pro.
Reports have revealed that it will be a tweaked version of the Redmi K50 Ultra, which debuted recently in China. The 12T Pro is expected to borrow all the specs from the K50 Ultra except for the main camera. While the Redmi model features a 108-megapixel camera, the 12T Pro is likely to debut as the first Xiaomi phone with a 200-megapixel camera. It is said to be equipped with a Samsung ISOCELL HP1 200-megapixel camera, which is also available on the Moto X3 Pro.
The 12T Pro is expected to arrive with 12GB of LPDDR5 RAM and 256GB of UFS 3.1 storage. It is likely to house a 5,000mAh battery with 120W fast charging support. For selfies, it may feature a 20-megapixel front camera and may arrive with a 200-megapixel (main) + 8-megapixel (ultra-wide) + 2-megapixel (macro) triple camera unit.
