Xiaomi 13 Ultra is expected to launch this month in China. Previous reports have revealed that M1 is the codename of the 13 Ultra. A new image that is now doing the rounds on Weibo has revealed the different variants of the 13 Ultra, along with their prices.
The base model of the Xiaomi 13 Ultra will have 8 GB of RAM and 256 GB of storage, according to a recent leak. As can be seen in the poster above, this variant will be priced at 6,299 Yuan.
The second model has 12 GB of RAM and 256 GB of storage. The third model has 16 GB of RAM and 512 GB of storage. These variants are said to be priced at 6,799 Yuan and 7,499 Yuan, respectively.
A previous leak by tipster Digital Chat Station had revealed that the 13 Ultra’s highest variant will have 16 GB of RAM and 1 TB of storage. At present, there is no word on the price of this model.
As it is known, the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 will power the Xiaomi 13 Ultra with LPDDR5x RAM and UFS 4.0 storage. It may house a 4,900mAh battery with 90W wired and 50W wireless charging.
The Xiaomi 13 Ultra will have a 32-megapixel camera on the front and four 50-megapixel cameras on the back. The 1-inch Sony IMX989 lens will be available as the primary snapper on the device. The smartphone will feature a 6.7-inch E6 AMOLED Quad HD+ display that offers a 120Hz refresh rate.
Rumors are rife that the Xiaomi 13 Ultra will launch on April 18. The Pad 6 series of flagship tablets may also debut alongside the 13 Ultra.
