Xiaomi 13 Ultra is expected to launch at some point this month in China. A new leak courtesy of Digital Chat Station has revealed what appears to be the configuration of the base model of the Xiaomi 13 Ultra.
The following image shared by the tipster reveals that one of the variants of the Xiaomi 13 Ultra will have 12 GB of RAM and 256 GB of storage. There is a possibility that this could be the base variant of the device.
Rumors are rife that the 13 Ultra will also arrive in other configurations such as 16 GB RAM + 512 GB storage and 16 GB RAM + 1 TB storage. In the comments section of the Weibo post, DCS said that the 13 Ultra will support USB 3.0 standards.

Rumors circulating on social platforms have revealed that the Xiaomi 13 Ultr will have a 6.7-inch E6 AMOLED LTPO display with a Quad HD+ resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. The front camera of the 13 Ultra will be a 32-megapixel shooter, while the back panel will be equipped with 50-megapixel (Sony IMX989) + 50-megapixel (ultra-wide) + 50-megapixel (telephoto) + 50-megapixel (periscope zoom) quad-camera system.
The Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset will power the device, and it is expected to have 90W wired charging and 50W wireless charging capabilities, although its battery capacity remains unknown. The phone will come with Android 13 OS and MIUI 14 already installed, and it may feature up to 16GB of LPDDR5x RAM and 1TB of UFS 4.0 storage. The device will also have an under-display fingerprint scanner for security.
