Xiaomi is gearing up to launch the Xiaomi 13, Xiaomi 13 Pro, and Xiaomi 13 Lite in the global market. These devices will be unveiled on Feb. 26 across the globe. As per new reports, the company is working on the Xiaomi 13T series, which may debut in the second half of this year.
According to tipster Mukul Sharma, Xiaomi has started teasing a new device (or series) in European and Asian regions. He thinks it might be the Xiaomi 13T series and believes that it will come out later this year.
Last week, tipster Digital Chat Station also revealed that Xiaomi is working on the Xiaomi 13T series. It appears that the lineup may include at least two models: the Xiaomi 13T and the Xiaomi 13T Pro. The Pro model is likely to get rebranded as the Redmi K60 Extreme Edition (aka. Redmi K60 Ultra) in the Chinese market.
The Redmi K60 Extreme Edition will replace the Redmi K50 Extreme Edition, which debuted last year. To recall, it was a tweaked version of the Xiaomi 12T Pro.
Nothing is known about the specifications of the Xiaomi 13T lineup. What can be said about it is that it will be an affordable offering as compared to the Xiaomi 13 series.
The Chinese tipster revealed that the Xiaomi 13 series for the Chinese market does not have “S” branded models. To recall, the company unveiled the Xiaomi 12S, 12S Pro, and 12S Ultra last year. It appears that there won’t be a Xiaomi 13S lineup this year.
